[Texas Allocated] Improvements made to address incorrect data in the RRC source files; areas improved: Intra-lease API number duplication, improved shut-in dates, and refinements to RRC well test data to eliminate well tests on shut-in wells
[Texas Allocated Improvements] - Data Improvements Including: (1) Added new constraint that ensures any given API will only show up on an individual lease once. Previously, changes in well numbers would trigger the creation of a new Entity ID even if the API was already present on the lease. (2) Business rules for setting end dates for individual records in the allocation algorithm were refined and expanded. Shut-in data available in the RRC's wellbore file suite, if meeting certain criteria, was used to set end dates. The existing business rules surrounding the use of well test data for setting start and end dates was also refined to account for wells that were in fact shut-in, but still showing up in the RRC's annual well test surveys.
[California]: New production files released by the state filled in holes in historical monthly production volumes and added ~70,000 oil gravity values, increasing total California coverage to 137,863 wells now with oil gravity data
