DI Desktop

Enhancements / Updates
  • [Saskatchewan] - Rewrite of ingestion due to new data model. Customers will notice many changes including: (1) DI Desktop assigned Entity IDs associated with Saskatchewan's old database will not persist. An entirely new set of Entity IDs was generated for the new dataset. (2) Saskatchewan abandoned use of its old WID (Well Identifier) in favor of a new identification system called the CWI (Canadian Well Identifier). WIDs will still be available in DI Desktop for reference, when available, but all future wells will not have this data element. (3) Canadian UWIs will continue to be assigned in the new Saskatchewan dataset, but the data is modeled around the CWI system.
