Lease assignment filing information for Permian counties is now available in the legal lease and LandTrac Lease tables. Assignment information is searchable and can be used to style leases and LandTracs.
A new Lease Assignment Details table was added to the Lease and LandTrac Lease tables to display complex lease situations and multiple assignment events.
Shapefiles can now be uploaded for display on the map through the Layer Manager. Uploaded shapefiles will persist across sessions and can be managed from a new “Saved Shapefile Layers” section in the Layer Manager.
Metadata associated with uploaded shapefiles is viewable in a new “Shapefiles” table. This table supports selections, export of selected rows only, and integration with the map.
A new Export Menu was added to the map component. Options include “Print Map", “Save as PDF”, and “Save as PNG”. This functionality is supported only in Chrome and Firefox browsers currently. If the user attempts to use these tools in an unsupported browser they will see an error message. Support for other browsers is coming soon.
The DRI export format is now supported in BETA for production data. Both allocated and unallocated data can be exported using this format. The BETA status will be removed once we confirm that the file is working with no issues in all of the various software packages that read it.
DI e297 file enhancements - The full formation top name is now included at the end of the ET record in the “blank” space starting at position 18. This allows the full name to be imported into Geographix by modifying the 297 Well Import (Fixed Field) Definition File. A step-by-step guide for doing this is available in our online help system under Exports, DI e297 Well Data Export.
DI e297 file enhancements - Perforation records will be populated more frequently now after a change to where we pull this information from the DI database.
DI e297 file enhancements - Added units to the IP Test and Well Test records in the Rate/Description fields.
DI e297 file enhancements - Production Type will now be used to populate the Status field in the A record. This will make well symbols appear correctly more of the time and simplify well symbol modification workflows in the software using DI e297 imports.
Added EUR Attributes to the columns that can be grouped and aggregated. This allows EURS to be compared across operators or geographic regions.
Play Assessment and Super Scout layers were updated to include units and improved labels and legend displays
Added the ability to filter date range attribute on a future time period “Show Next X Weeks/Months/Years”. This is useful for identifying expiring permits and leases.
Added a button to My Reports to immediately download an Excel file version of the report.

Database Administration - Move aux_dir directories using file managers, and then use the DBAdmin option, “Set Auxiliary Data Directories”, to register the new path

Configuration - Disable the Thin Login option for Oracle. This configuration option is available in runConfig.bat and can resolve some Oracle login issues
Horizon Management – Assign a horizon version to a different parent horizon by right clicking a horizon version in the Data tree and selecting, “Move to another Horizon”

Well ID is no longer a mandatory field in the “Well Paths (Legacy)” importer
Raster logs – This resolves an issue with loading multiple raster segments
Geosteering – The button to “Display depth horizons in workflow” now works

The “Analysis Window” button can now be selected without it clearing computed classification

Clearing “Maximum number of classes” field no longer causes an error
Facies can be assigned to classes, and the same facies can be assigned to multiple classes

Defect Fixes
If a user tries to add documents to a runsheet which he lost access to, the error displayed is more descriptive: “You are no longer the owner of the runsheet you are trying to add documents to. Please select a runsheet you currently own or contact customer support if you think this is an error.”
Now when a County is assigned to or unassigned from a Company Account, the email notification is only sent to active user accounts
Deployed a change to the definition of a daily permit report. Now daily permit reports will contain permits with an approval date within the last two days.
The 'Export' button on the Company Management page now is disabled until an Abstract Plant County is selected from the grid (this change applies for DI admin users, super users, standard users and contractor users)

[Oklahoma] - Oklahoma production has been historically supplemented back to 2015 (as well as the huge dip in August 2008) with purchaser/transporter tax reports containing gross monthly oil volumes gathered from oil PUNs. This resolves issues regarding OTC oil production volumes where entire months of production were missing. The result from this change will be available in DI Desktop, Production Workspace, DI Analytics, and DI Activity Maps.
DI Courthouse Admin Users, Super users, Standard users and Contractor users have different options on the graph and on the Activity Area to export the usage metrics (.png, .jpeg, .pdf, .svg, .csv)
